Can you Clarify the Billing?
Can you explain the app billing to me and the view definition?
Depending on the number of views included in your Upsell plan and the number of views your offers receive, the monthly app fee may be adjusted after 30 days.
Generally, a view is counted whenever an Upsell offer is shown to your customer regardless of whether or not the customer accepts it. Views are counted differently for the following offers:
Post Purchase Email Upsells - Each Post Purchase Email Upsell sent out counts as one view.
Subscription Customer Portal Upsell - Counted as one per month, regardless of the number of times a customer sees it in their customer portal.
Subscription Upcoming Order Email offer - Counted as one per month, regardless of the number of times a customer sees the email.
Views are never limited. If the number of views your offers receive are higher than the amount included in your plan, you will be moved to the SmartFlex Tier that includes the number of views your store requires. If you no longer require that number of views, Upsell will display a banner on the Account settings page to let you know. From here, you can reset your plan back to its base price if desired. Please note that you will be moved to a higher SmartFlex Tier again if your offers have more views for that month than what is included in your plan.
If you are still on one of Upsell's usage-based legacy plans, on your monthly offer view count or your store’s monthly order count, whichever is higher.
