How can I export my Upsell data, remove all residual code from my theme after uninstalling the Upsell app?
Upsell does not have a feature that supports exporting data at this time.
If you installed Upsell after January 4, 2025: No code removal is needed. The app does not add code to your theme files; simply uninstalling the app removes all related theme app extensions.
If you installed Upsell prior to January 4, 2025: Code related to the app will remain in your theme files after uninstalling. Removing this code is optional. You have two ways to remove it:
Remove the code yourself using the instructions in our Installation Guide for Bold Upsell.
Contact our Customer Support team to perform the removal for you. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Note: To avoid potential conflicts, we strongly recommend not making any changes to your theme while waiting for the code removal process to be completed by our team.
