How Can I Understand Upsell's App Fees on My Shopify Bill?
Upsell's new plans include a set number of views, however, views are never limited. If you go higher than the number of views included in your plan, you are moved to a new SmartFlex Tier.
The monthly app fee and the SmartFlex Tier appear together as one charge on your Shopify bill.
Because your Shopify billing cycle is different from Upsell’s billing cycle, the app fee may be prorated to match your Shopify billing cycle. This can happen for both the initial charge and if you move to a new plan or SmartFlex Tier.
