I can't add Upsell to my checkout page

I'm having trouble adding Upsell's In-Checkout offer to my checkout page.

If you are not able to add Upsell to your checkout page, it may be due to the following reasons:

• You do not have a Shopify Plus store - The In-Checkout feature is only available for Shopify Plus stores due to Shopify's restrictions. Stores on the Basic Shopify plan are not able to customize the checkout page.

• You are not on the correct Upsell's Shopify Plus plan - In Upsell, go to Settings > Account settings to view the features included in your plan and change your plan.

• Upsell is not properly installed on your theme - Ensure the app is properly installed to your theme. For step-by-step instructions, please visit our Installation Guide for Bold Upsell. 

• The In-Checkout feature is not properly installed - To active the In-Checkout feature, please follow the steps in Create an In-Checkout Offer.
