Activate Conversion Tracking on Shopify Plus
On November 7th, 2023, the checkout extensibility feature was released to all Shopify Plus plan users. As a result, Bold Upsell is no longer able to successfully track conversions for most offer types without the use of a Web Pixel (links to Shopify).
If you would like to track successful conversions within Bold Upsell, please follow the steps outlined below.
Note: This change is only required for users on the Shopify Plus plan.

On the Dashboard page of Bold Upsell, click Activate Web Pixel Now in the banner near the top of the page.

Click Update on the data access request page.
