Why is my plan getting bumped up?

Why am I being charged more when I don't need higher levels or higher plans?

With Upsell's new pricing plan, your views are never limited. If the number of views your offers receive in a month are more than what's included in your plan, you will be moved to a higher Usage Fee Tier. This will be added to your price plan going forward, or until you reset your plan back to its base price. If your recent usage is lower than your current Usage Fee Tier, then a message appears on the Account settings page to let you know. From here, you can reset your plan back to its base price. To check for this message, navigate to Settings > Account Settings.

If you are on Upsell's legacy usage-based plan, the monthly price is automatically adjusted after 30 days based on your monthly offer views or your store’s monthly order count, whichever is greater.
