Why is the Cart Drawer Widget Trigger Greyed Out?
The Cart Drawer Widget trigger location may be greyed out if you are still on a legacy Upsell plan which does not include that feature. You can upgrade to a new Upsell plan to gain access to Cart Drawer offers.
To upgrade your plan, please follow these steps:
Open Upsell, and navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
Click Upgrade Plan under your desired plan.
Click Approve to accept the charges.
