How do I make the sales banner appear?
The sales banner/icon is not appearing on my product or collection pages, how do I fix this?
If you do not see the sales icon after creating a discount in Bold Discounts, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
The sales icons are not installed correctly - The app embeds for the product page and collection page sales icons must be turned on. Please refer to our Installation Guide for Bold Discounts for detailed instructions.
You've added a start and end date to your Discount group and the sale has not yet begun - To see how to set a start and end date to your discount group, please visit Create a Discount Group.
