Do customers get imported with Predicted Schedules after onboarding is complete?

Will customers who ordered before rePete was installed be given Predicted Schedules?

Yes, they may. When adding rePete to your store, existing customers who have ordered a rePete Product recently may be imported with Predicted Schedules. This happens during the last step in the onboarding process when rePete analyzes your store’s data and imports all qualifying products and customers. 

Note: After onboarding is complete, rePete will wait a minimum of 48 hours before nudging existing customers.
