Products Overview

rePete Products are the products from your Shopify catalog that are eligible for reorder nudge reminders.

Nudge reminders can be sent for:

• Standard rePete Products: The same product your customer purchases.

• Convertible rePete Products: A different product from the one your customer purchases.

You can configure both options in rePete. 

How products are imported to rePete

rePete identifies and imports products that customers may want to reorder. This happens both after initial onboarding is complete and as new products are added to your catalog. Qualifying products are imported as Standard rePete Products, making them eligible for nudge reminders.

Once onboarding is complete, rePete will wait a minimum of 48 hours before nudging customers. This gives you time to review all eligible products.
