Can I control when reorder nudge reminders are sent out?
The timing of nudges is handled by rePete. This is key to allow rePete to learn more about your customer and when they like to reorder. rePete adjusts the nudge timing to best meet their needs.
If needed, you can pause and resume nudges for either an individual customer or individual Predicted Schedule. Read more about this in Managing Predicted Schedules: Merchant View.
