Pricing & Performance Commision
rePete uses a performance-based pricing model. You only pay when rePete helps generate a sale.
Performance commission
Performance commission is charged only when a reorder happens from a rePete nudge.
Direct Sales (3%): Charged when rePete nudges a customer to reorder a product and they complete the purchase within 24 hours.
Assisted Sales (1%): Charged when rePete nudges a customer to reorder a product and they complete the purchase after 24 hours but within 7 days.
Upsells and Cross-sells (5%): Charged on any extra items a customer adds to their cart beyond the initial reorder product.
Example
Direct Sale: $50.00 (3% commission = $1.50)
Cross-sell: $10.00 (5% commission = $0.50)
Total Order Value: $60.00
Total Commission: $2.00
Result: In this scenario, $60.00 is paid to you, and rePete earns $2.00 of that in commission for driving the order.
What defines a nudge?
A nudge refers to any interaction where rePete encourages a customer to reorder. A nudge is considered to occur when any of the following happens:
Sent: A communication is delivered by rePete (for example, email, SMS, storefront widget notification).
Viewed: The customer receives or views the communication.
Engaged: The customer takes action in the communication, such as clicking on a link or interacting with a message.
You can think of a nudge like your car’s low-fuel light. It’s there when it first glows, it’s there to remind you again after you’ve stopped for lunch, and it’s there when you tap the notification on the map to go find a pump. It's constantly providing a nudge, but it's not annoying—it's the partner that ensures you aren't stranded on the shoulder of the highway. In the same way, rePete nudges customers to help them reorder at the right time.

Predicted Schedules
rePete uses it's proprietary database to create predictions for when each customer needs to reorder a product. These Predicted Schedules are dynamic and continuously update as rePete learns more about your customers’ purchasing habits.

rePete analyzes your store data to determine which items are good candidates for reorders and imports them as rePete Products. You can then review, add, or exclude products to control which items participate in the reorder experience.

Convertible Products allow you to nudge customers to purchase a different product than the one a customer originally purchased. Tiered Discounts
rePete allows you to set up tiered discounts that increase (or decrease) in value on the second, third, or even fourth order count.
