Predicted Schedules Overview
rePete creates predictions for when customers are ready to order your rePete Products. Each customer’s Predicted Schedule is specific to them, and continually updates as rePete learns more about their reordering behavior and preferences.
Predicted Schedules are used to trigger nudge reminders on or before the customer’s Next predicted nudge date, ensuring customers get the product exactly when they need it.
Viewing Predicted Schedules
You can view and access each customer's Predicted Schedule from the Customer page in rePete.
Note: If a customer has not reordered since their last predicted date, the Next predicted nudge date can appear in the past. Once a customer reorders, the date is adjusted for future reorders.
