Dashboard & Reporting
Track how your offers are performing and understand the revenue Bold Upsell is generating for your store. The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of conversions, additional revenue, and top-performing offers all in one place.
Accessing the dashboard
The Dashboard is the default landing page after you access Bold Upsell from your Shopify admin. You can also reach it any time by clicking Bold Upsell in the left-side menu.
Choosing a date range
Use the date selector in the top-right of the Dashboard to set the reporting window. Available presets:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days (default)
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
Custom range
All metrics on the page update to reflect the selected range.
Key metrics
At the top of the Dashboard you'll see four headline cards:
Active Offers - The total amount of active offers in Bold Upsell.
Conversion rate - the percentage of offer impressions that resulted in an accepted offer.
Revenue Added - total extra revenue generated by accepted Bold Upsell offers in the selected period.
Average Revenue Added / Order - average value of orders that included a Bold Upsell offer, compared to orders without one.
Performance trend
The Performance trend over time chart visualizes additional revenue and offers accepted over time. Hover any point on the chart to see the exact values for that day. Use this to identify peaks (campaigns, weekends, promotions) and any sudden drops worth investigating.
Offer views & conversion rate
This chart breaks down conversion by where the offer was shown — product page, cart, cart drawer, checkout, or post-purchase. Use it to decide where to invest more offers, or to spot a location that's underperforming and may need a styling or product review.
Top earning offers
The Top performers card lists your highest-converting offers in the selected date range, ranked by additional revenue. Click any offer in the list to jump directly to its configuration page where you can tune the products, discount, or styling.
FAQs
Why don't I see any data?
New stores and new offers need a little time to gather data. If you've just installed Bold Upsell or just published your first offer, give it a few days of live traffic and check back.
How is "additional revenue" calculated?
It's the total value of upsell line items that customers accepted, minus any discounts you offered on those items. It does not include the value of the original products in the order.
Can I export this data?
Not at this time. For now, use the date selector to view specific periods and screenshot or note the values you need. Exportable reporting is on our roadmap.
