How come I can't create Manual Offers?
Why is the Create New Offer button greyed out on the Manual Offers page?
If you are unable to create Manual Offers or the Create New Offer button is greyed out, it is likely because you are not on an Upsell plan that includes building custom offers. The Essential plan includes Smart Offers only. To upgrade your plan to one that includes Manual Offers, navigate to Settings > Account settings and choose a new plan.
