How to Configure Bold Upsell to Remove Discounts When Required Products are Removed?
How can I set up Bold Upsell to automatically remove discounted offers if a customer removes the required "must-have" products from their cart?
The feature to automatically remove items from the cart if customers remove the required items works only with the Upsell and Bold Discounts integration. This integration allows you to create discounted hidden duplicates of your product in Bold Discounts that can only be displayed in Upsell offers. To enable this feature, toggle on the setting that says "Automatically remove items from the cart if the trigger or conditions are unmet" when creating your offer in Upsell.
