Why Aren't My Discounts Applying to Orders?

My discount settings, customer tags, and pricing all appear correct, so why are the discounts not showing up on the orders?

Discounts may not be applying to orders if you have any express checkout buttons enabled on the product page. These buttons skip the necessary add-to-cart function that Custom Pricing requires to apply its discounts. If customers click GooglePay, ApplePay, Shop Pay, or a Buy Now button to pay for their order directly from the product page, Custom Pricing discounts cannot be applied.

You can still enable these wallet pay buttons on the checkout page, however, they should be removed from all product pages.

If your pricing is not appearing on your product, cart, or checkout page, please ensure you have properly installed and set up Custom Pricing.
