I want to create special prices for specific members, what plan should I select?

All plans allow you to create customer-specific pricing. The plan you need depends on the number of customer groups you want to provide with different discounts. If you want to offer VIP member discounts, then you only need one customer group. The Essential plan supports pricing for one customer group defined using one customer tag. 

If you want to offer different pricing tiers for multiple customer groups then you will want to choose either the Standard plan or the Complete plan depending on how many customers require different pricing. 

The Standard plan supports pricing for up to 10 different customer groups and the Complete plan supports pricing for unlimited customer groups.

Customer tags are used to identify each customer group that requires special pricing.
