Is it possible to offer tag-based subscription discounts using the Subscriptions app block?

Is it possible to offer different subscription discounts to customer tiers based on customer tags, such that only tagged customers see the specific discount?

Bold Subscriptions doesn't offer a feature to hide products on the storefront or offer different subscription discounts based on customer tags.
