Bold Custom Pricing App: Why Aren't Taxes Showing on Orders?
Why are taxes not displaying on some orders processed through the Bold Custom Pricing app, even though they appear correctly on other orders in the backend?
If taxes are not being charged on orders when they should be, please check if the customer tags is set to not charge tax. If the Tax setting is set to No, then customers with that tag will not be charged tax. To change the Tax setting from No to Product default, follow these steps:
In Custom Pricing, select Manage Tags.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) beside the tag you want to adjust, then choose Edit.
Expand the Tax dropdown field and select Product default.
Click on the checkmark to save the changes.
