How can I display a discounted price for a specific product to customers with a particular tag using Bold Custom Pricing? The existing setup is not working correctly.
If a discount created from Custom Pricing is not appearing on the storefront, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
Incomplete install - The most common reason Custom Pricing is not working is due to an incorrect installation. Custom Pricing must be properly installed on your theme. Incorrect tags or not logged in - If you have customer specific pricing, you must log onto the storefront with an account that contains a Custom Pricing tag. Tags are case sensitive and must be entered into the account exactly as it appears in Custom Pricing.
Products are not discounted in Custom Pricing - Check your discounts in Custom Pricing.
You are using a fixed price that is higher than the product price - If you are using a fixed price in Custom Pricing and have set the price to be higher than the product price, the fixed price will be disregarded.
