Custom Pricing Third Party Conflicts
When using Custom Pricing in Accelerated Method (V3) or Standard Method (V2 - without Shopify Functions enabled), the app uses a draft order to apply discounts to products on your storefront.
If other apps are installed on your store that also requires the use of a draft order to apply discounts in the checkout or modifies prices on the storefront, this can cause issues while using Custom Pricing and the third party app at the same time.
To resolve the conflict between Custom Pricing and the third party app, one of the two apps would need to be removed, along with the any related liquid code that may have been installed. Please reach out to the third party app's support team for assistance with removing their related Liquid code from your theme.
Note: If you are unsure of which Custom Pricing version you are using, please visit Discount Methods and How to Switch.
