How to View a List of Customers within Specific Subscription Groups?

How can I view a list of customers belonging to a specific subscription group, instead of viewing all customers regardless of group assignment? There is also a need to filter by subgroup and export the list.

Currently there is no functionality to generate a list of customers based on their assigned subscription groups.
