Why am I not seeing all shipping methods when trying to switch a customer's shipping method?
I have multiple shipping methods in Shopify, why is Bold only showing me one when trying to change a customer's shipping method?
There are couple reasons you are not seeing all shipping options when updating a customers shipping method:
If you have enabled Fixed Shipping Rates by country in Bold Subscriptions, only the specific Fixed Shipping Rate (and Local Delivery, if applicable) will be displayed for qualifying customers.
If the customer purchased their subscription in a non-default store currency, Bold Subscriptions currently only displays the cheapest available shipping option. (We are actively working to update this limitation.)
