How can I remove a discount from a subscribers order?

How can I remove a discount code from a customer's upcoming order?

To remove a discount code code for an existing subscriber, please follow these steps:

  1. In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Customers.

  2. Search for the customer by name or email.

  3. Click on the ellipsis (three dots) beside the customer, and select Manage Subscriptions.

  4. Click on Discount code, then click Remove discount.

  5. Click Yes, remove discount.
