How do I send a password reset email to a customer with a Bold Subscription?

If you are using Shopify's legacy customer accounts you can send customers a password reset email from the Shopify admin.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Customers.

  2. Click the name of the customer that you want to send a password reset email to.

  3. Click More actions, and then click Reset password.

If the customer does not have an account under the email they used to purchase their subscription, you can send an account invite instead.

Customers may also reset their password by clicking "Forgot your password?" from the account login page.
