How do new customers log in to manage their subscriptions after the order is created?

When a new customer places a subscription order, Shopify automatically sends them an email to create an account. Once the account is created, customers can log in a manage their subscription in the customer portal. Read more about how to Set up and Manage the Customer Portal

If you do not want to require customers to create an account, you can enable passwordless login in Bold Subscriptions. This allows them to access the subscription customer portal with a one time link via email.

Note: Shopify's new customer accounts also use passwordless login.
