Why am I unable to update my subscriber's shipping method?

I am not able to change the shipping method for one of my subscribers, why?

Shipping methods are not able to be updated on prepaid subscriptions at this time. In addition, customers who have purchased their subscription using a currency different from your store's default currency will only see the cheapest shipping option. Our team is working on resolving this limitation.
