The customer portal passwordless login setting is enabled, but the emails with the customer portal access link are not being sent to my customers.
The email template for passwordless login must be enabled in Bold Subscriptions. To do this, open Bold Subscriptions and navigate to Settings > Email settings, and move the toggle to the right next to Passwordless Login for Subscription Management.
It is also important to ensure that the passwordless login link is correct and accessible to your customers, either by embedding the link in the navigation or replacing the Shopify customer account login.
