Does the 1% transaction fee apply to non-subscription items in the initial order?

If a customer's first order includes both subscription and non-subscription products, is the 1% transaction fee applied to the non-subscription product as well?

The 1% transaction fee applies to both the initial order and any recurring subscription orders. If the initial order includes any one-time purchases, the fee will also cover these products.
