Applying Shopify Discount Codes to Bold Subscriptions
How can I apply Shopify discount codes to subscriptions created using the Bold Subscriptions app?
To apply a discount code to an existing subscription, please follow these steps:
In Bold Subscriptions, navigate to Customers.
Search for the customer by name or email.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) beside the customer, and select Manage Subscriptions.
If more than one subscription exists, click Show details under the subscription you would like to add the discount code to.
Click Discount code, then Add discount.
Note: To apply Shopify discount codes to Bold Subscriptions, ensure that the discount code's purchase type is set to "Subscription" or "Both" within Shopify. Read more about using discount codes in Discount Codes for Subscriptions for Shopify Checkout.
